  • No physical shipment — no physical goods will be sent to you.
  • Format and compatibility — it is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the digital product before purchasing. Product descriptions include relevant format and compatibility information where applicable.
  • Personal use — unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or sublicense any digital product purchased from Woolulu.
  • Intellectual property — all digital products and their content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators or Ardent Censer Ltd. Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
  • You authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees, to your chosen payment method.
  • We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend access to your digital product until the matter is resolved.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will handle refund requests fairly.

You may be entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
