  1. Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold through Woolulu are digital in nature. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of your digital product begins immediately and that you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under consumer cancellation rights once the product has been delivered or accessed, in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We are committed to customer satisfaction. We will issue a refund if any of the following apply:

The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end. The product is materially different from its description on our website. You experience a verified technical fault that prevents you from accessing or using the product, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incompatibility with your device or software where compatibility information was provided in the product listing, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed. Purchases where incompatibility was disclosed in the product listing and not reported prior to download. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
