This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Woolulu website, operated by Ardent Censer Ltd. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
- Digital Products — Delivery
All products currently sold through Woolulu are digital in nature. No physical shipment takes place for digital orders.
Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically, typically via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is generally immediate but may take up to 24 hours in the event of a technical delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that our emails are not being filtered into your spam or junk folder. If you have not received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us using the details in Section 5.
- Physical Products — Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Where physical products are made available through Woolulu, the following terms apply to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. All domestic orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to process and dispatch physical orders within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
- Physical Products — International Shipping
Where international shipping is available, applicable rates, restrictions, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If an international order is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- Tracking and Lost Shipments
Where a tracking number is provided for a physical order, it will be shared with you via the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
If your physical order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate with the carrier. Orders are considered lost only after the carrier has confirmed non-delivery or after a reasonable investigation period has elapsed.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbours and your local delivery office before contacting us.
